- Where you buy any Product from a third party seller through our site, the seller′s individual liability will be set out in the seller′s terms and conditions.

- Variations in colour matching may occur and the seller gives no warranty that any item of the goods will accurately match any colour catalogues, colour charts and samples of other goods and we accept no liability in respect thereof. 

- Efflorescence. We cannot accept any responsibility for the effect of efflorescence which can be characteristic of all good quality products with a high cement content. The phenomenon may be exhibited by an apparent loss of colour, intensity of colour and the appearance of a milky white bloom on the face of the product. The effect generally disappears with time and is in no way detrimental to the performance of the product. 

- In the unlikely event of products reaching you in less than satisfactory condition, please stop using the product and notify us immediately.

- We advise that you take the paving from a number of open packs at once, even if you are just using one size, to ensure a consistent appearance to the finished patio.
